Account & Registration

6 questions

Registering a qq998 account is completely free and takes less than 3 minutes. Go to the Register and complete the form with your preferred username (5–20 characters), an active email address, a Malaysian phone number, and a password. After submitting the form, we'll send a verification email to the address provided — click the link in that email and your account will be activated immediately. If the verification email hasn't arrived within 5 minutes, check your spam folder or contact qq998 support via live chat to request a resend.

No — each individual is only permitted to hold one active qq998 account. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation of qq998's Terms & Conditions and may result in the closure of all associated accounts as well as the forfeiture of balances and bonuses without notice. If you have accidentally registered two accounts, contact the qq998 support team at support@qq998.best immediately to resolve the situation before any enforcement action is taken.

Your qq998 username cannot be changed once your account is registered — so it's important to choose one you're happy with from the start. However, your registered email address can be updated through Account Settings. To change your email, log in, go to Account Settings, and select the Personal Information tab. You'll need to confirm the change via both your old and new email addresses as a security measure. Your Malaysian phone number can also be updated through the same process.

qq998 only accepts members aged 18 and above. This is a mandatory requirement with no exceptions. During registration, you are required to confirm that you have reached this age. qq998 conducts periodic age verification checks, and any account suspected of belonging to an underage individual will be suspended immediately pending identity verification. Any attempt to register on behalf of an underage person or to provide false age information is a serious violation that may result in permanent account closure.

To temporarily suspend your account, use the Self-Exclusion feature found in Account Settings under the Responsible Gaming. You can choose a suspension period ranging from 1 week to a permanent ban. For permanent account closure, contact the qq998 support team at support@qq998.best. Before the closure is processed, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your original payment method. Permanent closure cannot be reversed once confirmed.

To open a basic account and make your first deposit, no documents need to be submitted. Registration only requires a username, email, Malaysian phone number, and password. However, for withdrawals above a certain limit or during the identity verification (KYC) process when required, you will be asked to submit a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad). This KYC process is industry standard and is designed to protect your account from unauthorised use.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6 questions

qq998 accepts all major Malaysian digital payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow QR, and FPX online banking including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. All methods support instant deposits — funds are credited to your qq998 account within seconds of a successful payment. No additional fees are charged for deposits via any of these methods. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

The minimum deposit at qq998 is as low as RM10 — among the lowest of any online betting platform in Malaysia. Maximum deposit limits depend on the payment method used and your account tier. In general, the standard daily deposit limit is RM10,000. If you'd like to set a lower personal deposit limit as a self-control measure, you can do so via Account Settings under the Responsible Gaming.

For verified accounts, qq998 processes withdrawals within 3 to 15 minutes to your Malaysian bank account or e-wallet — including Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and DuitNow. The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per request. For first-time withdrawals or larger amounts, additional verification may take 1 to 2 hours. If your withdrawal has not been processed after 2 hours, contact qq998 support with your transaction reference number for prompt investigation.

In most cases, deposits via Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, or DuitNow arrive within seconds. If your deposit hasn't shown up after 10 minutes, check the following: confirm the payment went through successfully on the e-wallet or bank side (check your transaction history in the e-wallet app), make sure you used the exact amount shown on the qq998 deposit form, and ensure your deposit session hadn't timed out. If everything looks fine but the deposit still hasn't arrived, contact qq998 support with a screenshot of your payment proof and we'll investigate immediately.

qq998 follows a policy requiring that your first withdrawal be made to the same payment method used for your deposit — this is a standard security measure to prevent money laundering and protect your account. After your first successful withdrawal, you can add other withdrawal methods (such as a different bank account or another e-wallet) via Account Settings once a straightforward verification process is completed. Contact qq998 support for further assistance if you encounter any issues with this process.

qq998 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. You put in RM100, RM100 lands in your account — no deductions. For withdrawals, qq998 also charges no platform fees on our end. However, some Malaysian banks or e-wallet providers may charge a small transaction fee on their side — this is outside qq998's control. For fee-free withdrawals, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and DuitNow typically offer free incoming transactions.

Bonus & Promotions

5 questions

New qq998 players are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The latest details on the bonus percentage and maximum cap will be displayed on the qq998 promotions page when you register, as these offers may be updated from time to time. In addition to the welcome bonus, qq998 also offers weekly cashback bonuses, daily promotions for specific games, and a VIP loyalty programme that rewards active players. All promotions carry wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus can be converted into withdrawable real money.

Wagering requirements determine how many times you need to wager the bonus amount before it can be converted into real withdrawable cash. For example, if you receive a RM50 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place bets totalling RM500 (RM50 × 10) before that bonus balance becomes real cash. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements — Sports Betting and slots typically contribute 100%, while certain games such as baccarat may contribute at a lower rate. Check the full promotion terms for more details.

There are several reasons why a welcome bonus may not have been credited: your deposit amount may have fallen below the minimum required to qualify, you may not have checked the "Claim Welcome Bonus" box when making the deposit, the promotion may have expired, or there may have been a technical issue. If you believe you've met all the requirements but still haven't received the bonus, contact qq998 support within 24 hours of your deposit with your transaction details and we'll review it and credit the bonus if you qualify.

No — bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be wagered the required number of times before they can be converted into real money and withdrawn. However, your original deposit amount (not the bonus) can be withdrawn at any time without meeting any wagering requirements — provided there are no active bonus conditions currently tied to that deposit. If you wish to withdraw your deposit without using the bonus, you can choose to cancel the active bonus claim via Account Settings, but this means you will forfeit the remaining bonus balance.

Yes, qq998 has a VIP loyalty program for active Malaysian players. As you play and wager at qq998, you accumulate loyalty points that can be redeemed for bonuses, cashback, or other rewards. VIP players also enjoy higher withdrawal limits, priority customer support, invitations to exclusive promotions, and various other perks depending on the VIP tier reached. For the latest details on qq998's VIP program, log in to your account and check the Loyalty Program section, or contact our support team.

Yes, all qq998 casino games that use a random number generator (RNG) — including slots, digital lottery games, and online table games — use an RNG that is independently audited by a certified third party. This ensures that every game outcome is fully random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including qq998 itself. For Live Casino games, play is conducted by real human dealers streamed live — outcomes depend on real-world physics, not an RNG.

To place a live Sports Betting wager at qq998, log in to your account and go to the Sports Betting. Select the sport you're interested in — Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, or others — and find a match that's live or upcoming. Click on the odds you want to add them to your bet slip. Enter your stake in MYR, review your selection, and click Confirm Bet. Live betting lets you place bets while the match is in progress, with odds updated in real time based on the latest situation on the field.

These include virtual football, virtual horse racing, virtual greyhound racing, and more, all simulated with high-quality graphics and an audited RNG. Virtual sports are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with no dependency on real sporting schedules — so you can bet any time, even on days when there are no real matches on. Security & Privacy

4 questions

qq998 uses 256-bit SSL encryption — the same security standard used by Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks — to protect all communications between your browser and our servers. Your password is never stored in readable form — it is converted into a cryptographic hash that cannot be decrypted. Your bank card or e-wallet details are not stored directly by qq998 — all payment processing is handled through PCI-DSS certified and compliant payment gateways. We do not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as stated in Privacy Policy us.

No — qq998 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, WhatsApp, or any other channel. If you receive an email asking for your password, bank card details, or login information and claiming to be from qq998, it is a dangerous phishing attempt. Do not click any links in that email and do not provide any information. Report the email to us at support@qq998.best. All official qq998 emails are sent from the @qq998.best domain only — check the sender address carefully. If you have already disclosed your account details, change your password immediately and contact our support team.

To activate 2FA, log in to your qq998 account, go to Account Settings, and select the Security tab. Click Activate Two-Factor Authentication and enter your active Malaysian phone number. We'll send an OTP code to verify the number. Once confirmed, 2FA will be active — every time you log in from a new device, a new OTP code will be sent to your phone. We strongly recommend all qq998 Malaysia members activate 2FA, as it adds a highly effective layer of protection against unauthorised access, even if your password is compromised.

Yes, you have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. To make this request, contact our privacy team at support@qq998.best with the email subject "Personal Data Request" along with your account username. We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with our privacy policy. You also have the right to request correction of inaccurate data or deletion of data under certain circumstances — all of which are fully explained in Privacy Policy qq998.
